Terms of service
These terms apply to restaurants and their teams using Tablehub. By creating an account or joining a team, you agree to them. Guests ordering or booking through a restaurant's Tablehub pages are covered by our privacy policy.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself and give each person on your team their own sign-in. The owner who created the restaurant is responsible for who they invite and for what happens under the restaurant's account.
Your menu, orders and bookings
You decide what your menu, prices, allergens and opening hours say, and you are responsible for them being accurate. Allergen and dietary labels are shown to guests exactly as you set them. Orders and bookings made through Tablehub are between you and your guests: you serve, charge and honour them, and handle guests' questions and complaints.
Price
Tablehub is free until January 2027. After that it costs $49.99 per restaurant per month, as shown on our plans page. We'll tell owners by email before any charge, and you can stop using Tablehub before then without paying anything.
Fair use
Don't use Tablehub to break the law, to send spam, to collect data about people who haven't agreed to it, or to disrupt the service for others.
Your data
Your menu, photos and restaurant details stay yours. You let us store and show them so the service works. How we handle personal data is set out in our privacy policy.
The service
We work to keep Tablehub available and your data safe, but we can't promise it will never be interrupted. Keep a way to take orders and bookings without it, for example on paper, in case it is ever unavailable during service. We may change or improve features over time.
Ending
You can stop using Tablehub at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and will tell the owner why.
Changes and contact
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll update the date at the top and tell owners by email before the change applies. Questions go to hello@tablehub.net.
